Hi! I'm Jennevieve, an artist and sculptor living an art and crafty life in Tacoma, WA. I believe in following as many avenues in art as possible. I started my art career with painting murals in Seattle and studying jewelry design. I soon discovered I wanted to combine the intricate work of jewelry with the scale of murals. This led to receiving a Bachelor of Fine Arts in sculpture from the University of Washington. While at UW, my focus was public art and outdoor sculpture with a desire to create long lasting pieces that could be enjoyed by as many people as possible. I worked in mosaics for 10 years as a way to create color, texture, scale, and longevity. A few years ago I discovered fiber art and I haven't looked back! Now I focus on illustration along with working with sustainable and recycled materials (such as wool, found objects, and papier mache) to create my work and beautify the spaces around me. I published my first coloring book for adults, Fortuna, in December of 2015.
